Program Summary

Solar Energy is one of the most talked-about, growing alternative energy sources in the world today. Therefore the introduction to solar workshop has been designed to provide students an introduction to the Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal fields. This introductory workshop is designed to allow students familiarize themselves with the vast opportunities within the field of Solar Energy.

Whether the ultimate goal is to pursue a career within the industry, take up a new hobby or simply to find ways to incorporate Solar Energy into your home; this course will provide the first step in understanding how to gain the knowledge and tools necessary to pursue the next step within the Solar Energy field.


Course Duration

(Two Saturdays, 16 hours)


Saturday July 12 and 19, 2014 from 9:15am- 5:15pm. Contact the Admissions Department for registration.


Tuition & Financial Aid

$250 (includes tax and materials). $199 introductory offer for July participants.

Students are encouraged to visit our Business Affairs department for any questions related to tuition and/or financial aid
