Rakesh Naidu of the Windsor Essex Economic Develop Corporation (WEEDC) encourages individuals to seek certified training if they are looking for employment in the Solar Energy field.

Naidu encourages training from certified colleges like North American Trade Schools to learn the fundamentals about solar energy and also to learn practical work skills.

North American Trade Schools offers a certified course for people looking to work as a Solar Energy technician. The first group of classes will begin January 27th 2014 at both the London and Brampton Campuses.
