The London Home Builders' Association Career Showcase was developed to encourage young people to look into the skilled trades as a career option. The event included many booths from many companies in the all aspects of the trades industry. Organizers say that many tradespeople are nearing retirement and a skilled trades shortage will emerge in the future.

North American Trade Schools provided a virtual welder for the event and the staff were on hand to answer questions for prospecting students, parents and industry professionals.
